Graduation in any stream

1) Minimum 1 year experience relevant field is preferred.

Major Responsibilities
- Answering calls and resolving queries about products
- Lead conversion – Pre-approved loan products
- Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans .
- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any
