Qualification

1) Graduation in any Stream
2) Any Post graduation in HR has added weightage.

Min Experience

1) 2+ years in NBFC/Financial or subsidiaries of Financial Companies, in HR.
2) Added experience in HR, over and above the stipulated minimum experience has more weightage.
3) Thorough, updated and practical knowledge of wage / labour rules and compliance guidelines PAN India.

Not exceeding 35 years.

Major Responsibilities


  • Assisting in on-boarding, training and maintaining records and information.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting attendance records.
  • Generate employee reports and submit analytical observations to support decision making.
  • Create / update employee data.
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
  • Organizes work through useful implementation of HR Software.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, yearly compliance report.
  • Periodic Challan generations and payments to authorities Assisting HR/Recruitment Manager in all work-related activities.
  • Ensuring Statutory Compliance and regulations and submission of statutory returns.
  • Addressing queries on compensation, benefits, labour regulations etc.
  • Recommend value addition for HR software.
  • Create detailed and analytical reports on HR.
  • Assess manpower needs and ensure availability of apt personnel.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Recommend methods to improve Employer brand.
