Qualification

Graduation in any Stream

Min Experience

Min 3+ years’ experience in specific loan product sales along with field sales only need to apply.

Age

Not exceeding 45 years.

Major Responsibilities


  • Responsible for managing the team, market mapping or route planning for the given product
  • Achievement of agreed sales objectives of the team for the defined territory/ region for the assigned product.
  • Go through the Product & Sales skill training provided by the Client and constantly update yourself and team of the latest product features and guidelines.
  • Update market information and competition schemes timely to reporting managers.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned products within the geographical area allotted to sales team.
  • Maintain the daily sales reports in the desired format prescribed by the Client from time to time
  • Refer cross sell leads of other products to other Sales Channels / Verticals as instructed by the Client.
  • Compliance with the Client’s Code of Conduct
